So Derek moved in with me a couple of weeks ago and I have been one happy girl. I’ve been counting down the days until we would live together ever since we moved to New England. It’s so nice to have him around. There are some adjustments and compromises that need to be made for us both to be comfortable, but in general–it’s the best. I wish we were moving into Boston sooner, but at least I have his company in the meantime.
In other news, work has been cray-zay. I’ve really been struggling to keep up with everything. I think there is an end in sight though. I’m one of the event managers for a big, three day event in Boston at the end of June and I’m crossing my fingers that things slow down once that is over. I’m thankful for my job, but I’d like to keep a balance between work and play.
And, speaking of play, I am flying home in just three days! My little sis is graduating from high school and I’m thrilled that I can be there to celebrate her accomplishments. She’s amazing (just like all my siblings) and I’m looking forward to some much needed family time.

I’m happy that things are going so well for you guys, and yay more weddings! Just found out last night via facebook that Rebecca is engaged. Have a great time with your family and give them all our love. Sent Jessie a card, she should get it on time. Wish we could be there but counting down the days until we get to move back for good! 6 more months!
